Our journey, our legacy

Growing up on the outskirts of town, my family thrived in the rural sagebrush with a small orchard, horses, chickens, a beautiful garden and in later years farm animals.
growing up semi feral the old ways speak to my soul.  I've always enjoyed getting up early to milk, collect eggs, and tend to the plants; though I have to say there were some choice words grumbled when I had to fight over grown weeds or mow a wet lawn. But I take great pride in the hard work that shaped who I am. It taught me the value or good labor and the richness it produces.

When I married my husband, we craved that lifestyle for our kids. Together, we have worked hard to bring our dream into a reality. Even though we lived in the middle of the city, we managed to provided milk, eggs, soaps, lotions, and baked goods to our community. In recent years, we have even expanded to offer draft horse carriage rides.

Now we are excited to announce our next step; moving to the fields!

Our dream wouldn't be possible without our parents. My parents, Layne and Shauna, have helped support our endeavors with land, building our home, and helping provide produce from their mature crops.
My wonderful in-laws, Leon and Teresa, have been our biggest cheerleaders. Providing advice, knowledge, finances and fun where we need it most.
We want to keep the farming community alive in the city and hope to be a pillar for others to rally around as we keep a piece of Hurricane's history alive. While we provide delicious baked goods, fresh produce, and other amazing farm-fresh products.
